To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tio Causa LLC's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
We carry general liability insurance for property damage caused by our cleaning team during service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from fragile or improperly secured items.
If you believe our team caused damage to your property during a cleaning service, please notify us within 48 hours of the service date. Claims reported after 48 hours may not be covered.
To file a damage claim:
We reserve the right to repair damaged items using professional restoration services before offering cash replacement.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the unsatisfactory areas at no additional charge, at a mutually agreed upon time.
The satisfaction guarantee applies to the specific areas cleaned during the original visit and does not apply to changes in conditions occurring after the cleaning.
